Steak with scallop skewers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shallots (peeled), balsamic vinegar, sunflower oil, dried thyme, steaks (a 125 g), tasty tom tomatoes, arugula (lettuce and 75 g).

Light the barbecue.

Place 3 shallots per person on a skewer.

In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the oil, thyme, salt and pepper.

Brush the shallot skewers and the steaks.

Gril the shallots skewers 7-10 minutes on the hot barbecue, turn them regularly.

Grill the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side.

If you prefer to have the steaks less red, you can leave them on the barbecue for a little longer.

Put the tomatoes with twig on the hot barbecue for 1 minute and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Serve a handful of rocket salad with the tomatoes, a steak and a shallot skewer.
