Salmon wraps


Tortillas filled with salmon and zucchini.

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini for 3 minutes.
  2. Spoon the mix with the water through the zucchini and let it boil uncovered for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the avocado half in half and remove the kernel. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices.
  4. Place the avocado on the arugula on a plate and spread the yoghurt dressing over it.
  5. Heat the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the package in the microwave. Cover with the smoked salmon.
  6. Spoon the zucchini mixture and roll up the tortilla. Serve the wraps with salad.
