Crab cakes
A tasty american recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, baguette (le champain), crab ((a 170 g), drained), egg, flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), mayonnaise, shallot (chopped), fine mustard (spicy ), worcestershiresauce (bottle 150 ml), tabasco (bottle 57 ml), sunflower oil and lemon (in parts).

Grind the bread in the food processor to crumble. Mix in a bowl the crab with the breadcrumbs, the egg, the parsley, mayonnaise, shallot, mustard, sauce and tabasco. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Form 12 balls with moist hands and press a little flat. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the crab cakes in 5 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with lemon wedges.
