Cream soup with crayfish
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, Soup it! cream (basic soup: 1 liter), spring onions, crayfish (100 g), fresh cream cheese with chives (packet of 125 g) and white vermouth.
Heat soup according to instructions.
Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.
Crayfish, cream cheese and vermouth stirring through soup.
Add the spring onion and warm it up.
