Creamy cheese soup


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: butter or margarine, flour, white wine (250 ml), vegetable stock tablet, grated spicy cheese (150 g), whipped cream (125 ml), nutmeg and spring onions.

Directions

  1. Melt butter in (soup) pan.
  2. Add flour and gently bake for about 1 minute.
  3. Add wine and stir until smooth sauce is created.
  4. Cool the bouillon tablets above and add 0.5 liters of water.
  5. Bring soup to the boil.
  6. Melt the cheese in soup and stir in the cream.
  7. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  8. Clean the forest onion and cut into rings.
  9. Soup serve in bowls with rings of spring onion.
  10. Tasty with breadsticks..
