Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.
  2. Knead the bread mix with the tablespoon of oil to a smooth dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into four portions. Form balls and sprinkle the work surface thinly with flour.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Also flour the rolling pin and roll the balls into thin pizza bases. Brush lightly with oil and spread the mozzarella over it.
  4. Slice the garlic. Put the garlic and the thyme on the pizzas and sprinkle with (sea) salt and (freshly ground) pepper. Bake the pizzas in the oven in 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
