Salad of crayfish with vanilla dressing
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, vanilla pod, dry white wine, whipped cream (125 ml), sifted tomatoes (pack à 500 g), fish fond (pot à 380 ml), salt, pepper, vine tomato, crayfish (à 100 g) and rocket salad melange (75 g).

Peel off vanilla pods.

Scrape out with a sharp blade of vanilla spade in the middle.

Cook in pan vanilla pod, vanilla scallop, white wine, whipped cream, tomato sauce and fish stock.

Dressing gently for about 10 minutes.

Remove vanilla pods and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Allow the dressing to cool slightly.
