                            Salad of crayfish with vanilla dressing
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, vanilla pod, dry white wine, whipped cream (125 ml), sifted tomatoes (pack à 500 g), fish fond (pot à 380 ml), salt, pepper, vine tomato, crayfish (à 100 g) and rocket salad melange (75 g).

                                Peel off vanilla pods.
- 
                                Scrape out with a sharp blade of vanilla spade in the middle.
- 
                                Cook in pan vanilla pod, vanilla scallop, white wine, whipped cream, tomato sauce and fish stock.
- 
                                Dressing gently for about 10 minutes.
- 
                                Remove vanilla pods and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 
                                Allow the dressing to cool slightly.
- 
                                Meanwhile bring to the boil in pan water.
- 
                                Mix the tomatoes, immerse them in boiling water for a few seconds, rinse them under cold water, skim, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes.

                                Spread out four plates.
-
