Bruschetta grilled zucchini and pecorino
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: ciabatta (bread), olive oil, garlic (halved), dried thyme, zucchini and Pecorino Romano (cheese).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the caps of the ciabatta, which are not used. Cut the bread into 10 slanted slices. Sprinkle the top with 2 tbsp oil. Roast the bread on a grid in the oven for 8 minutes. Rub the bread with a 1/2 toe of garlic and place on a plate.

Meanwhile, put 3 tbsp oil in a bowl. Slice the rest of the garlic and add to the oil with the thyme, pepper and salt. Cut the courgette with a cheese slicer or peeler into long thin strips. Heat the grill pan and grill the zucchini in portions for 2 minutes. Turn halfway. Place the grilled courgette bars in the garlic oil and scoop.

Divide the zucchini over the bruschette. Scrape the cheese over it and serve immediately.
