Creamy codfish dish
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet (frozen, 400 g), red onions, sunflower oil, potato slices (700 g), garden peas (extra fine (frozen, 450 g)) and garlic and fine herbs (245 g).

Cod in microwave at 900 watts in 4 minutes to defrost and cut into pieces.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Potato slices for 10 minutes.

Last 2 min.

Add onions and browning.

Warm peas according to instructions.

Add to potatoes and warm with a gentle heat.

Carefully remove cod and peas and heat for a further 2 minutes.

Spread cod-potato dish over four plates..
