Directions

  1. Beat the flour with the soy milk, apple juice, mineral water and a small tablespoon of oil to make a smooth batter. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and place a few slices of bacon on the bottom. Bake for about 1 minute and pour some of the batter over it. Bake until the top is almost dry and turn the pancake over. Bake the other side golden brown.
  3. Bake the other pancakes and keep them warm. Drizzle the pancakes with honey if necessary.
