Heat the oil in a saucepan and stir in the curry powder.

Heat up the curry until it starts to smell nice.

Transfer the curry oil to a bowl and add the mascarpone.

Stir well and dilute with milk if necessary.

Stir in the chives, tarragon or leaf parsley, basil.

Add some salt and freshly ground pepper.

Serve the sauce in a nice dish.
