Creamy red cabbage with beef and potatoes


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (700 g), butter, red cabbage with apple (cubes (450 g, frozen)), crème fraîche (a 125 g), beef strips natural (about 350 g), onion ( coarsely chopped), mushrooms ((250 g), sliced), fresh chives ((a 25 g) and in pieces).

Directions

  1. Fry the potatoes in half of the butter with regular stir-fry until done in 20 min.
  2. Heat the part cubes red-cabbage with apple according to the instructions on the package, stir in the crème fraîche and simmer the red cabbage for another 5 min.
  3. Heat in a stirring rest of the butter on high heat and stir fry the beef strips 2 min.
  4. Scoop the beef strips from the wok onto a plate and keep them warm under aluminum foil.
  5. Spoon the onion and the mushrooms in the stir-fry stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the beef strips and the potatoes and stir fry over a high heat for 1 minute.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Spoon the chives through the red cabbage.
  9. Serve the red cabbage with the potato stir fry..
