Vegetarian plate pizza with garlic, spinach, spicy sauce and brie.

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the garlic 30 sec. Add the spinach in portions and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until all spinach has shrunk. Season with pepper and salt.
