Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the garlic 30 sec. Add the spinach in portions and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until all spinach has shrunk. Season with pepper and salt.

Divide the spinach over the pizza. Cut the brie into thin slices and place on the spinach. Bake the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until done and golden brown. Cut into pieces and serve.
