Spicy, vegetarian fried rice with fried egg, sambal and cassava crackers.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Rinse cold in a sieve and let it cool down further.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onion. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion 2 min. Add the soup vegetable and sambal and stir-fry 3-4 min.
  3. Add the ketjapmarinadeen rice and heat for 5 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.
  4. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the eggs. Sprinkle with salt.
  5. Spoon the nasi seasoning bowls and put 1 fried egg on it. Serve with the cracker.
