Heat the olive oil in a soup pot and fry the chopped onion and finely chopped garlic for 4 minutes.

Stir fry the sliced tomatoes for 10 minutes. Add the water and bouillon tablets. Puree with a hand blender.

Divide the plates and pour the cooking cream on them.
