Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Heat a knob of butter and fry the batter 4 as thin as possible pancakes.
  3. Divide the camembert over the crêpes and fold the sides double.
  4. Place them on the baking tray and heat for 5-6 minutes in the middle of the oven until the cheese melts a little.
  5. Finish with some chives and nuts.
  6. Tasty with a tomato salad and lettuce.
