Crêpes with camembert and chives

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Heat a knob of butter and fry the batter 4 as thin as possible pancakes.

Divide the camembert over the crêpes and fold the sides double.
-
Place them on the baking tray and heat for 5-6 minutes in the middle of the oven until the cheese melts a little.
-
Finish with some chives and nuts.

Tasty with a tomato salad and lettuce.
