Ingredients
Directions
-
Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil the potatoes in water with a little salt in 20 minutes until done.
-
Meanwhile, peel the onions and cut into half rings.
-
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 5 min. On high heat around brown. Add the onion and thyme and cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat. Times regularly.
-
Drain the potatoes, but collect ½ cup of cooking liquid. Heat the milk in the microwave.
-
Remove the sausages from the pan and place them on a plate covered with a lid or aluminum foil.
-
Stamp the potatoes with the onion gravy, heated milk, mustard, endive and radish mix to a smooth stew with the mashed potatoes.
-
If necessary, add some of the preserved cooking liquid if you find the stew too dry. Season with pepper and salt.
-
Serve the endive stew with the sausages. Tasty with the roasted pine nuts.
