Crispy plaice fillet with steam vegetables
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, rice, plaice fillets (defrosted with 750 g), flour, egg (whipped), rusks (crumbled), steam vegetables broccoli (carrot peas), oil (vegetable), dried dill and lemon.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Dab the plaice fillets dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper.

Take the plaice fillets through the flour, then through the egg and then through the crumb.

Steam the vegetables according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the breaded fish fillets over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked until cooked.

Is your frying pan not that big.

Fry the fish in two times.

Keep the fried fish warm under aluminum foil.

Stir the dill through the cooked rice.
