Crispy plaice fillet with steam vegetables
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, rice, plaice fillets (defrosted with 750 g), flour, egg (whipped), rusks (crumbled), steam vegetables broccoli (carrot peas), oil (vegetable), dried dill and lemon.

Take the plaice fillets through the flour, then through the egg and then through the crumb.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the breaded fish fillets over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked until cooked.
