Crispy tilapia fillets with green beans risotto


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tilapia fillets (of approx. 125 g (bag of 750 g frozen), thawed), butter or margarine, Italian (culinary herbs), bread (crumbled), onion (chopped), risotto rice (bag a 500 g), mushrooms (fine (250 g), in quarters) and green beans (broken (500 g)).

Directions

  1. Rinse the tilapia fillets and pat dry. Place them on baking paper on the baking tray. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with 1 1/2 tablespoon of Italian herbs through the breadcrumbs. Cover the fish fillets with the bread crumbs. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Bring 650 ml of water to the boil. Heat in a frying pan or stirring remaining butter and fry the onion golden brown. Add the risotto rice and the rest of the Italian herbs and pour the water. Bring the water back to the boil and stir in the rice. Spoon the mushrooms and the green beans on the rice, put the lid on the frying pan or stir and cook the rice and the vegetables together in about 15 minutes. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and fry the tilapia fillets until golden brown and done in 15-18 minutes. Spoon the risotto and vegetables after 10 minutes and add some water if it is too dry.
  3. Serve the green beans risotto with the tilapia fillets.
