Provençal fish soup
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, small potatoes (450 g), olive oil, red onion (chopped), Provencal wok vegetables (400 g, chilled), tomato cubes (400 g), fish stock (2 tablets), coal fish fillet ((pack 400 g, frozen), thawed) and baguette (in slices).

Cook the potatoes in plenty of water for 5 minutes until done. Drain. In the meantime, heat the oil in a soup pot and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the wok vegetables and fry while stirring for 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes and stock and bring to the boil. Meanwhile cut the fish into pieces.

Turn the heat down. Add the fish and potatoes and heat for 4 minutes until the fish is done. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the fish soup into 4 deep plates. Serve with the baguette.
