Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a soup pan with a thick bottom and fry the onion, garlic and bacon cubes for about 5 minutes at medium height.
  2. Pour the stock in the pan, add the peas, broccoli, zucchini and beans and bring to the boil.
  3. Then add the pasta shells and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes at medium height.
  4. Serve in bowls with a teaspoon of pesto.
