Chicken tikka with cauliflower
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter or margarine, chicken fillet in cubes (about 350 g), cauliflower, potato slices (700 g), Indian curry sauce Tikka Masala (400 ml) and nectarines.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Chicken around brown in approx.

5 minutes.

Clean the cauliflower and divide it into small florets.

Add to chicken and bake for about 2 minutes.

Potato slices cook according to instructions.

Add sauce to chicken mixture and simmer for approx.

15 minutes.
-
Wash and cut the nectarines into slices.
-
Divide the potato slices into four plates.
-
Chicken tikka about it.

Garnish with slices of nectarine..
