Chicken tikka with cauliflower


A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter or margarine, chicken fillet in cubes (about 350 g), cauliflower, potato slices (700 g), Indian curry sauce Tikka Masala (400 ml) and nectarines.

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a frying pan.
  2. Chicken around brown in approx.
  3. 5 minutes.
  4. Clean the cauliflower and divide it into small florets.
  5. Add to chicken and bake for about 2 minutes.
  6. Potato slices cook according to instructions.
  7. Add sauce to chicken mixture and simmer for approx.
  8. 15 minutes.
  9. Wash and cut the nectarines into slices.
  10. Divide the potato slices into four plates.
  11. Chicken tikka about it.
  12. Garnish with slices of nectarine..
