Tortelloni with mascarpone sauce
Vegetarian pasta with tomato, onion and arugula.

Cook the tortelloni according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion. Cross the tomatoes and immerse for 10 seconds. under a pan of boiling water.

Unfreeze the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes.

Stir in the pasta sauce and heat well. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the tortelloni with the sauce and sprinkle with arugula and pine nuts.
