Directions

  1. Cook the tortelloni according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion. Cross the tomatoes and immerse for 10 seconds. under a pan of boiling water.
  2. Unfreeze the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the pasta sauce and heat well. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the tortelloni with the sauce and sprinkle with arugula and pine nuts.
