Sweet bacon steaks with spicy vegetables

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Heat a pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips for 10 min. On medium heat until crispy. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the meat on both sides with the agave syrup and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm under a plate. Let the shortening sit.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to the boil. Boil the green beans for 5 minutes. Drain. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Peel and grate the ginger.

Fry the green beans, tomatoes, ginger and sambal manis in the remaining shortening for 2 minutes on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the noodle, collect 100 ml of the cooking liquid. Spoon the noodle and the cooking liquid through the vegetables.

Divide the noodles over the plates, place the bacon patties on them and garnish with the fried onions.
