Cook the potatoes. In the meantime, heat the butter and fry the onion. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the chicken breasts and fry the fillets on both sides briefly. Add the mustard, crème fraîche and the stock.

Let the chicken cook in a low setting in about 20 minutes and thicken the sauce.

Serve the chicken with the sauce and the potatoes. Sprinkle with the parsley.
