Pork chop with pineapple-curry sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ribs or hare chops, butter, pineapple pieces on own juice (227 g), yellow pepper (in pieces), mild curry powder, crème fraîche and chives (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Drizzle pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in frying pan and fry chops on high heat for 3 minutes per side.
  3. Put the fire down, put the lid on the pan and simmer the pork chops for 10 minutes.
  4. Add some water if butter becomes too brown or to prevent baking.
  5. Pouring pineapple pieces; absorb juice.
  6. Remove chops from the pan and keep warm.
  7. Stir in the remaining shortbread of pepper pieces for 3 minutes.
  8. Add pineapple and curry powder.
  9. Stir in the crème fraîche and let it melt.
  10. Dilute sauce with some pineapple juice, season with salt and pepper.
  11. Make curry sauce over pork chops and sprinkle with chives.
  12. Tasty with (nut) rice and salad of iceberg lettuce..
