Stew with salami


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (floury), stew vegetables (1 kilo), gold salami (250 g), red pepper, butter or margarine, orange juice (16 g) and ketchup.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into 4 pieces.
  2. Place potatoes and stew vegetables in a large pan with a little water and bring to a boil.
  3. Half covered in about 20 minutes of cooking.
  4. Remove piece of salami, cut into cubes and heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, clean pepper, remove seeds and cut very finely.
  6. Heat in butter and pepper gently.
  7. Add gravy powder and 250 ml of water while stirring.
  8. Add the ketchup and boil the gravy gently.
  9. Pour the stew, crush and season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve with gravy..
