Directions

  1. Stir 1 tablespoon of honey well through the yogurt and spoon the breakfast cereal with honey through it.
  2. Put the yoghurt mixture in a plastic container (you can best take a soft plastic container, as the ice expands during freezing).
  3. Let the yogurt ice cream stiffen in the freezer for 6 hours.
  4. Stir the yogurt ice cream thoroughly after 2 hours with a fork to prevent the formation of ice crystals.
  5. Use a hot (ice) spoon to roll nice bread rolls of ice, spread them over four plates or bowls and sprinkle with the rest of the honey..
