A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: honey (clover, non-liquid), Greek yoghurt and cereal with honey.

Stir 1 tablespoon of honey well through the yogurt and spoon the breakfast cereal with honey through it.

Put the yoghurt mixture in a plastic container (you can best take a soft plastic container, as the ice expands during freezing).

Let the yogurt ice cream stiffen in the freezer for 6 hours.

Stir the yogurt ice cream thoroughly after 2 hours with a fork to prevent the formation of ice crystals.

Use a hot (ice) spoon to roll nice bread rolls of ice, spread them over four plates or bowls and sprinkle with the rest of the honey..
