Apple rings with farm boys
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: gold trains, cinnamon, olive oil, farmer's boys (raisins on brandy pot) and vanilla ice cream.

Remove the core of the apples with an apple drill. Cut the unpeeled apples into slices of n cm thick. Stir in the cinnamon and brush the apple slices on both sides.

Place the apple rings on a greased griddle over medium hot fire and grill them 1-2 minutes per side. Divide the apple rings over four plates and spoon over them. Put a bread roll of vanilla ice cream on it.
