Pear-almond crumble with cardamom
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: firm hand pears (peeled and diced), redcurrant juice (250 ml), cardamom powder, almond shavings (45 g), flour, cold butter (diced), sugar and whipped cream.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Peel the pears, remove the cores and cut the flesh into cubes.

Bring the currant juice to the boil with the pear and then turn off the heat.

Let the juice in the pears for at least 1 hour.

Finely grind the almond shavings in a food processor.

Add the flour, butter and sugar and grind everything into coarse crumbs.

Let the pears drain, and spread them over the baking dishes.

Sprinkle with the cardamom and the crumbs.

Fry the pear crumble until golden brown in about 15-20 minutes.

Let it cool down until lukewarm and serve with lumpy, unsweetened whipped cream..
