Chocolate mousse cake with orange
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour, salt, cold butter, white caster sugar, milk, orange marmalade, chocolate mousse (3 dishes a 60 g) and white chocolate.

Mix flour and mspoint salt in bowl. Place the butter on it and cut it with two knives. Add sugar and milk and knead into soft dough. Sprinkle the worktop with flour and roll out the dough into a round piece of 22 cm diameter. Form (greased and sprinkled with flour) covered with dough and put in freezer for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Baking the dough floor 'blind': lay the baking paper on a dough base and fill it with peas (this keeps the soil nicely flat). Shovel the mold into the center of the oven and bake until golden brown and cooked for approx. 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Spread the cake base with orange marmalade. Prepare chocolate mousse and carefully smooth out the back of the spoon being dipped in water. Shavings of white chocolate with (cheese) planer curls. Cake garnish with chocolate curls and divide into 8 points.
