Chocolate mousse with apricot salsa
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: vortex apricots (box of 200 g), fruit apricot / orange juice (pack a 1 liter), vanilla pod, orange marmalade, chocolate mousse (500 ml) and Chonelly biscuits walnut butterscotch (pack a 150 g ).

Cut apricots into thin strips. Bring fruit juice with apricots and vanilla bean to the boil. Let the juice simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Remove vanilla pod from pan, pour apricots. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape it out with the tip of the knife marrow. Stir marmalade and vanilla juice through apricots. Allow apricot salsa to cool.

Using two wet tablespoons of oval bread rolls of chocolate mousse. Make 3 rolls of roll chocolate mousse on four plates. Garnish with apricot salsa and biscuits.
