Gratinated pear with macaron cream


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: macaroons, whipped cream, pears, lemon juice and almond shavings (bag of 45 g).

Directions

  1. Bitter cookies above come into small pieces, mix cream through. Leave the mixture to stand for 15 minutes, then stir well. Meanwhile, peel pears, cut into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place pears on a scale and add almonds.
  2. Put in pieces of pear in a pan and pour in a dash of bitter cream cream. Peer gently for 2 minutes, do not spoon over. Sprinkle almonds and pan under gourmet grill until pearls and almonds turn golden brown. Delicious with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
