Chocolate mousse with ginger cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: cherry (in syrup (a 680 ml)), potato starch, whipped cream (125 ml), ginger syrup and chocolate mousse (a 90 g).

Bring cherries to the boil with syrup.

Stir potato starch with 1 tbsp water and stir in cherry juice until syrup binds.

Drizzle about 1 min., Then remove from heat.

Whipped cream with ginger syrup.

Chocolate mousse with a sharp knife around the unloading of packaging and depositing on plates.
