Directions

  1. Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut 1 cm from the top, this is the hat of Santa.
  2. Place the strawberries with the cutting edge of the crown down on a plate. Keep the tops separate.
  3. Mix the mascarpone and vanilla sugar in a bowl and fill the piping bag with the vanilla mascarpone.
  4. Make the face of the strawberry Santa Claus by spraying small tufts of vanilla mascarpone on top of the strawberry.
  5. Cover with the trapped pieces of strawberry.
  6. Make a mouth and eyes with the sprinkles in the vanilla mascarpone mixture. Yummy! .
