A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: pineapple slices (tin), full lemon curd (500 g), crème fraîche (125 ml) and cruesli Multi Fruit.

Let the pineapple slices drain into a sieve. Keep 4 disks separately. There you will decorate the dessert later. Cut the other 4 discs into small pieces.

Put the curd cheese and the pineapple pieces in a bowl, add the crème fraîche and mix everything well.

Divide the curd over the four dishes.

Place a pineapple slice on each dessert in the middle. Sprinkle some muesli over the pineapple and sprinkle some around it.
