Oriental rice porridge under a caramel layer
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lime, sereh (lemongrass bag of 3 pieces), milk, short-cooking dessert rice, salt and cane sugar.

Lime clean poles, peel fine grating.

Lemongrass slightly bruise and halve.

Bring milk to a boil with lime spice, lemongrass, dessert rice and pinch of salt.

Cook the rice with regular stirring in about 12 minutes.

Preheat the oven grill.

remove lemongrass from rice pudding.

Pour half of cane sugar through porridge until dissolved.

Spread warm rice pudding over four baking trays.

Sprinkle the rest of cane sugar over it.

Place the dishes under grill until sugar is caramelized.

Serve immediately..
