Ice flanges with blackberry sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: blackberries, red port, white caster sugar, ice cream flakes (pack of 4) and fresh cinnamon basil (or mint à 15 g).

Hand hold blackberries separately for garnishing.

Serve the remaining blackberries with port and sugar in saucepan.

Baste the blackberries with a fork and then gently heat for approx.

2 minutes.

Meanwhile, distribute ice cream flakes over four large plates and allow to thaw slightly.

Give warm blackberry sauce over it, put the blackberries in sauce.

Garnish with leaves of cinnamon basil or mint.

Serve immediately..
