Yoghurt ice cream with blackberries and mint
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: blackberries, fresh mint ((a 15 g bag), only the leaves), full yoghurt, fine granulated sugar and whipped cream.

Prepare the blackberries with a fork into a coarse puree.

Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Whisk the whipped cream in a bowl and shake out the blackberries, the fresh mint and the yoghurt mixture.

Fill the popsicle forms to the edge with the yoghurt mixture.

Close the shapes with the lid and the stick.

Use your glasses, then cover them with plastic wrap.

Let them freeze in the freezer in about 4 hours.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer and dip the bottom of the mold briefly in hot water.

Carefully pull the ice lollies out of the molds..
