Prunes with ricotta and ice cream
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: ricotta, sugar, amaretto (slijter), cantuccini biscuits (crumbled), prunes (or apricots) and cinnamon ice cream.

Stir in the ricotta, sugar, liqueur and half of the cookie crumbs.

Halve the plums and remove the kernel. Place the prunes on the convex side in the baking dish. Divide the ricotta over the prunes and sprinkle the remaining biscuit crumbs over it.

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Place the baking dish on the grate in the middle of the oven and bake the plums until golden brown in about 20 minutes. Divide the plums over 4 plates and arrange a bread roll of ice cream next to it.
