A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: iceberg lettuce (200 g), carrot julienne (150 g), red peppers (in pieces), corn granules (300 g), lamb's lettuce (75 g), mayonnaise, lemon (scrubbed), peppadew peppers ( (pot 420 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Spread the iceberg lettuce, carrot, bell pepper, corn and lamb's lettuce in layers over the cups or glasses.
  2. Put the mayonnaise in a bowl. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon above and then squeeze out the fruit. Add 2 tbsp juice to the mayonnaise. Mix with the peppadews and 2 cubits of liquid from the pot. Divide the dressing just before serving over the cups or glasses.
