Wash the vegetables and cut the winter carrot, mushrooms, celery, zucchini, cauliflower and broccoli into coarse pieces.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Turn on the fryer or put a pan of vegetable oil on the fire.

Make sure the oil is 180 degrees Celsius.

Make a batter with the thickness of yoghurt of the flour, the milk, the water, the egg, the onion and the squeezed garlic clove.

Dip the coarse pieces of vegetables into the batter and fry them in the hot oil for 3 minutes.

Let them drain on a sheet of kitchen paper after baking.

Add the tomato cubes to the leftover batter.

If necessary, add some milk to make the batter more liquid.

Fry a few small, thick pancakes in a frying pan. Put everything together on the table.
