Melt 200 grams of pure chocolate au bain-marie. Remove from the heat source and slowly stir in the remaining dark chocolate until smooth. Pour the chocolate onto the baking tray.

Sprinkle with pistachio nuts, cranberries, peppercorns and white chocolate and put in the refrigerator.

As soon as the chocolate is completely hard, remove from the refrigerator and break into about 6 pieces. Nice with coffee.
