Cut the tomatoes into cubes. In a small bowl, combine the tomato ketchup with the olive oil, honey and salt and pepper into a sauce and set aside.

Heat the frying pan with the bacon strips. Fry the bacon for 5 minutes until they are a bit crunchy.

Place the small pieces on a dish.

Scoop the tomato cubes together with the tomato ketchup sauce, the beans and apple pieces.

Divide this mixture over the lettuce. Sprinkle the bacon cubes and cucumber slices.
