Directions

  1. Scrape the cucumber into thin slices.
  2. Cut the mango into thin strips.
  3. Cut the pomegranate in half and put the seeds out above a bowl by slapping on the skin with a ladle.
  4. Spoon the cucumber, mango, pomegranate seeds, bean sprouts and fresh mint.
  5. Season with lime juice and (chili) pepper.
  6. Tasty with roasted chicken from the oven.
