Scrape the cucumber into thin slices.

Cut the mango into thin strips.

Cut the pomegranate in half and put the seeds out above a bowl by slapping on the skin with a ladle.

Spoon the cucumber, mango, pomegranate seeds, bean sprouts and fresh mint.
