Indian vegetable dish (sajoer lodeh)
Vegetarian Indian vegetable dish of onion, garlic, red pepper, turmeric, coriander, oxheart, bamboo shoots, green beans, tofu and cashew nuts.

Stamp or grind the nuts. Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and cut the red pepper into rings. Heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic, half of the pepper and the ground nuts on low heat.

Cut the pointed cabbage. Sprinkle the koenjit and the ketojab over it, stir in the cabbage and the bamboo shoots and pour in the coconut milk. Bring to the boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Clean the green beans and add them after 10 minutes. Cut the tofu into small cubes. Cook for the last 5 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining red peppers over the sajur before serving.
