Preheat the oven to 180C.

Line the bottom of the baking tin with a piece of baking paper, grease the walls.

Cut the apricots into pieces and roughly chop the walnuts.

Put the butter and the pieces of chocolate in a saucepan and let it melt with gentle heat until it becomes a thick sauce.

Allow the chocolate to cool slightly.

Beat in a bowl the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt with the hand mixer to a thick and creamy mixture.

Pour while you continue to beat the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.

Spatula, when the chocolate is completely absorbed, the self-rising flour through it.

Pour the batter into the baking tin and smooth the top.

Sprinkle the cranberries, apricots and walnuts.

Slide the mold in the middle of the oven and bake the brownie in a maximum of half an hour until the top is crisp and the inside is still smooth.

Allow the brownie to cool in the mold and then cut into blocks of five by five centimeters.
