Directions

Bring a pan with plenty of water and a little salt to the boil.

Cut the carrot leg into pieces of 1 cm.

Add to the water and simmer for about 5 to 6 minutes until they are al dente.

Remove them from the water and keep them separately on a plate (they will continue to thread).

Put the sprouts in the same pan with boiling water and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes until they are al dente.

Meanwhile, bake the bacon in a large frying pan over high heat for about 4 minutes.

Remove most of the released fat with a spoon.

Add the bantam and halved mushrooms to the bacon and cook for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Add the carrot and sprouts to the bantam, together with the silver onions.
-
Add 20 ml of water and warm for a further 3 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Delicious with fried chicken from the oven !.
