Green cabbage with chickpeas
Fried green cabbage with garlic, sweet soy sauce, chickpeas, curry and grapefruit.

Cut the coals into strips of 1½ cm wide and the garlic into slices.

Heat the peanut oil in a frying pan and fry the coals and garlic for 2 min.

Add the water and ketjapmarinademanis and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the pan over low heat.

Meanwhile, let the chickpeas drain and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Heat a frying pan with peanut oil and fry the chickpeas with the curry in 8 min. On (medium) high heat golden brown.

Change regularly. Season with pepper and salt. Mix through the cabbage. Spoon on a plate and grate the zest of the grapefruit above it.
