Make a clean tea towel wet under running water and squeeze out well.

Put a colander on a bowl and cover the colander with the damp cloth.

Pour the yogurt into the colander and add a pinch of salt.

Let the yogurt drain for at least 4-5 hours. The longer the yogurt can drain, the thicker the hangop.

After draining, place in a shallow dish and make peaks with a fork.

Crumble the feta and sprinkle over it.

Mix the oregano in a bowl with the roasted sesame seeds and some freshly ground black pepper.

Sprinkle this over the feta and garnish with strips of fresh mint.
